What’s up guys, we’re back with another post in our Dating 101 series.
Due to overwhelming reader requests, this week’s post will focus on
Building Pipeline.
For those of you readers that don’t have a sales background, “pipeline” is a term we use to describe the number of active “leads” or “opportunities” we have in play.
For those of you that ARE familiar with sales, this analogy will make intuitive sense as well.
See, from a certain perspective, Sales/Dating are a numbers game. Here’s some quick math to drive the point home:
If you plan on closing 100 deals, and your “win rate” is 10%, you have a few options at your disposal:
Focus on improving your win rate, say from 10% to 100% (a 10X improvement), so you close the leads you already have.
Generate more leads, and forget about improving your win rate.
Which of these do you think is easier to do?

In terms of dating, while everyone should make an effort to improve the way they present themselves and improve their skills, another approach is to just churn through numbers aggressively until you’re actually closing enough “deals.”
Churning through numbers, or building your pipeline, is critical to achieving dating success, and much success can come if you simply design a system to help you achieve this.
Additionally, your “improvements” will come faster because you’re “repping” things in an accelerated way.
