I’ve been staring at my screen for the past hour, trying to figure out what I’m going to write to all of you this weekend.

“10 Tips on how to get your tip wet 🍆”

“7 Sex Secrets that will DRIVE HER CRAZY”

“4 Bullet Proof Strategies to BE MORE ALPHA”

What a joke lmfao.

I think my big challenge is that I think it’s important for all of these posts to sound genuine, to be something that I felt was genuine advice I’d give any of you if I knew you in real life.

I admit, maybe that’s a little egoic, and I welcome anybody to provide any other perspectives.

But for now, that’s what makes sense to me.

So what does that mean?

That means a lot of what we discuss will be driven by the experiences I face on a day to day basis, whether it’s about romantic relationships, or even your relationship with yourself.

From the Brink

In some ways, life does throw us some pretty serious curve balls.

Some are brushes with fate. Some are self-induced, especially for us masochists.

Others, man, wrong place, wrong time, nothing personal.

Even the most capable of us struggle, in our own ways, and whenever these curve balls come (as they inevitably do), it can be tough to overcome.

The circumstances really can be shit.

You’re in your 40s with a family, kids, sharing a house with your retired parents, and they decide to get divorced.

You’re about to start a new dream gig in a fun city, and the company closes up shop the week you arrive.

You’re 77, going in for heart surgery, because you didn’t take care of your body and abused stimulants in your youth.

All around pretty ass.

But if you’re creative, only the last situation is really the tough one, because there’s a life-threatening component to it.

But what happens they come one. right after. the other.
